Fort Bend County District Clerk

The Fort Bend County District Clerk is the official keeper of all district court records in the county. For felony criminal cases, this means the clerk files and tracks every document in the case file, from the grand jury indictment to the final sentencing order. The District Clerk also collects court fees, coordinates jury selection, issues subpoenas, and reports all felony dispositions to the Texas Department of Public Safety.

Fort Bend County District Courts

Fort Bend County's eight district courts all operate from the Fort Bend County Justice Center at 1422 Eugene Heimann Circle, Richmond, TX 77469.
