Municipal court records cover Class C misdemeanors only and are not the same as the felony records held by the El Paso County District Clerk.

Public information requests to EPPD are governed by Texas Government Code Chapter 552. The department must respond within 10 business days. Incident reports for closed cases are generally available without issue. Records tied to open or ongoing investigations may be withheld.

Texas Criminal Record Tools for El Paso
